KKKL Express is a well-known bus company in Malaysia. They primarily provide bus services in Peninsular Malaysia, Hayati, Thailand, and Singapore, owned by KKKL Sdn Bhd. The company started its operations on January 22 1983, with just a single 44-seater express bus. However, after almost four decades of service, they now have a fleet of more than 100 buses with standard to luxurious coaches, providing the best travel experience to passengers.
KKKL Express executive buses are the highpoint of this bus company. KKKL Express bus services are available daily, but the number of buses differs with the route. Apart from the amenities inside, most of these buses have at least one rest stop, especially for long-distance buses, so you can relax for a few minutes.
The operator has several branches at various locations in Malaysia and Singapore. You can find the bus office at Jalan Sultan Textile Centre and East Coast Road of Singapore. In Malaysia, the bus counters are at Penang Sentral bus terminal, Melaka Sentral, TBS, Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown, and Larkin Terminal, Johor Bahru. I feel like KKKL is quite inconsistent cause their punctuality for long distance travelling is often questionable. The bus was comfortable and clean but punctuality played a huge role in this review. Being 30 minutes late to 1 hour late to the deatination is still fine, but this time the travel time was delayed to 2 hours more than promised. And the traffic wasn’t even that bad, the traffic was smooth. The driver took multiple stops to pick up passengers and to rest. This is quite upsetting since this is supposedly an express bus and the ticket doesnt state that it will be stopping at more than 2 stops to pick up passengers. Okay fine, maybe you have to ensure all your seats are occupied so you have to pick up passengers from various stops, then atleast time should be managed at rest stops. This feels disaapointing coming from KKKL. Hope the company manages time more efficiently.

Maybe it was the weekend but a 2h30 trip turned to almost 4 hours so it was too much , but the bus was great , the driver too
