Wish We knew more about the process of the boarder crossing and after the 1st section (passport) we had to find our bus again which we were not told where to locate it. We got another bus to customs then found the correct bus. A bit confusing for older foreigners.

The staff were far from helpful. When I asked them to repeat something—as their English was heavily accented—they continued to speak just as rapidly, making it very difficult to understand them. Furthermore, all the cabin lights were turned off after departure, and neither the reading lights nor the USB power outlets were functional—both before and after the transfer. It is hard to imagine receiving a positive rating under these conditions.

The bus made several stops before reaching my actual destination, around four in total. Although I arrived on time, the multiple stops made the journey feel longer, and it was unclear whether the bus would go directly to the destination or continue making additional stops along the way.

Stops made r not what show on ticket . Broadcast in chinese, first timer u wont know when to alight. Driver no idea who stop where.
