- Bas tiba 30 minit lewat daripada jadual. - Pemandu bas merokok di dalam bas sedangkan papan tanda menunjukkan larangan merokok. - Bas berhenti di banyak perhentian.

1. Not wanting to pickup from my ordered bus station. Received a call from 01110808363 that I thought was the driver asking my consent to pick me up at Petronas Lunas near Kulim Bus Station. I asked why and the person insisted on stating that he asked either can or not but not in a pollite way possible. 2. Late Pickup The bus even arrived late for almost 1 hour specifically around 40mins late. 3. Rude staff/driver I tried to call the same number and the guy replied “dah tak datang lagi tu kiranya jem la tu takkan itu pun taktahu” in kelantan slang. I even asked whats the eta and current exact location and the person suddenly ended the call. Tried again using my friend’s number he replied the same but in a rude tone and even hang up again. 3. Bus hygiene I spotted a nymph under my seat wandering around 4.Loose desks on seats During my trip from Kulim-Machang we go through the Grik road which not that smooth but the problem was too much noise produced by loose desks equipped on the seats which then interrupted my nap Overall good in terms of comfort and arrival time.

The bus punctuality was unacceptable, as I was left waiting for 3 hours. Such long delays cause major inconvenience to daily commuters. I hope immediate action is taken
