I booked a bus for 10am Thailand expecting to reach by 6.30pm as the time listed. the overall trip on Google maps takes and estimate of 6 hours 30minutes. My bus only arrived to pick us from the station at 11am which is one hour late. It is now 10.15pm and we are only now at TBS. I am estimated to reach my destination at 11pm Malaysia time, this is 10pm Thailand time. How can an 8 hours become 12 hours journey? Please tell them to project proper timings as to not trick their customers. Thank you.
