By Car

Travel by car to the Awana SkyWay Station, which is situated in Genting Highlands' Gohtong Jaya. There is parking at the station.

By Bus

Board a bus from KL Sentral to Awana Skyway Station. Passengers are typically dropped off by buses close to the Awana SkyWay Station.

By Taxi

To get straight to the station, use Grab or other ride-hailing applications.

How to Enter Genting Awana Skyway

• Upon disembarking, start following the signboards available and go up to the elevators to the highest floor. 

• Locate the boarding station. 

• Enter from the boarding gate C to the standard gondola. 

• Scan your M-Ticket at the boarding gate. 

• Stop at the Chin Swee Station to visit the Chin Swee Caves Temple.

Titiwangsa Mountains and rainforest

The Awana Skyway provides a panoramic view of the lush rainforest and breathtaking views of the Titiwangsa Mountains. 

Chin Swee Caves Temple 

The Chin Swee Cave Temple is the first stop on the cable car ride. It is a grand religious site located near the peak of Resorts World Genting. The important landmarks are: the iconic nine-storey lamp-lit pagoda, the open-air Sky Terrace, and a 15-metre statue of Buddha. 

Sky Avenue

This is the endpoint of the Genting Awana Skyway Cable Car and one of the popular lifestyle malls in Genting Highlands with more than 100 shopping outlets. 

Ripley’s Believe It or Not

Ripley’s Believe It or Not is a dedicated museum for all things bizarre. Located on the 4th Level of Sky Avenue, Genting Highlands, it is home to 400 odd collectables, weird art, and artefacts.

Things to know before visiting Genting Highland Awana Skyway

• Passengers can bring aircraft cabin-size bags into the gondola. 

• There is no rental wheelchair or baby stroller available. Wheelchairs and strollers are accessible in the Standard Gondola. Passengers are allowed to bring a wheelchair or a baby stroller into the gondola. Only a baby stroller is permitted in the Glass Floor Gondola. 

• Children under 90 cm in height can enjoy a free ride.

• Keep your tickets handy if you disembark at Chin Swee Station, to continue the journey to the top or leave the resort from SkyAvenue Station. Please note that one ticket is for a one-way trip to the SkyAvenue Station. Purchase two tickets for a round-trip. 

• It is a non-smoking attraction. Hence, smoking of any product or vapour is strictly prohibited. 

• Dress appropriately while taking the ride with the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car. 

• Pets are prohibited. 

• Wear appropriate attire while onboard the gondola, as it may result in injury. 

• You are advised not to make too many movements while inside the gondola. 

• Free shuttle buses usually operate between the Awana Skyway Station Bus Terminal and the Gohtong Jaya Station in the event of planned maintenance to ensure a smooth transition.
