bas lewat 2 jam 1/2 driver berhenti terlalu lama.. driver berhenti di stesen kajang sgt lama sbb pergi makan dulu, sedangkan customer belum habis hantar. customer rushing nak pergi office. sia sia ambik bas awal tp sampai lambat.. servis emutiara sgt teruk. driver botak tu salah jalan utk last point, sy kena tunjuk arah. tolong ambil tindakan. check pemandu tu. video sy tk dpt nak upload.
