The bus did not pick me up as scheduled. My bus was supposed to depart at 7:00 AM, and I arrived at the pickup point at 6:45 AM. After waiting until 7:40 AM with no sign of the bus, I ended up booking another bus instead. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

the smell of the bus is awful. very awful. the driver almost hit a car because he’s switching lanes so fast. worstest trip so far.

The bus engine malfunctioned, drive belt was broken. We were stranded by the roadside unable to do anything. After 2 hours we are still inside JB, before Senai airport junction. We had to endure the heat and haze as the bus engine was turned off there was no aircond, but going out to wait risk respiratory illness due to the bad haze. Due to the traffic jam, we were forced to wait for 1 hour for the replacement bus to arrive. Totally bad experience, and our arrival time was almost 10pm instead of the scheduled 8pm! Will try to avoid booking bus as much as possible and book ETS. This trip was booked as ETS was fully booked, else I won't even consider.
