1. Delay 1 hr - because of heavy rain. Acceptable. 2. unschedule stop at tol gombak - 15 -20 minutes not acceptable. Passenger waited on the bus. 3. Non stop to maran. Stop for toilet only. Not allowed to pray. Bus brokedown. Should have allowed passenger to pray while waiting for repair. Give expectation of how long to get repaired. delayed another 1/2 an hour 10 minutes toilet 4. Stop at Gambang. Fill up tank - another unschedule stop 15 minutes 5. Stop at ump Gambang. Bus breakdown again. Finally transferred to another bus company. 1. If breakdown, do tell the passenger if they want to step out for a while. It is comfortable inside the bus 2. Tell passengers what is going on and give time and what is the alternative. Is a replacement bus coming or what is the next step. What action has been carried out. How long. Trip was supposed to be 5pm, arrived 830. Became 5-12am. Was a very tiring trip. Correct. one star. terrible. Plus no usb port for charging phone.
