The bus no. KFN 6689 was half n hour late and we were not provided out designated seats. The driver was so rude and ill-mannered that when we asked for our front seats, he started misbehaving and even asked us to leave the bus and we sat at the back where one door of the bus was open and unsafe. We did complain to the driver but he ignored that the whole way.
