Vehicle condition: Seat incline/decline adjuster not working. The engine sound is too loud. It is very old bus. Not as advertised. Staff behaviour: My request for immediate toilet stop was ignored even I told it was very urgent. I am sick and need to hold for pee for like 20 minutes. I dont understand why it is so hard to stop at the petrol station. Mentality issue I guess.

If i could give 1 star, i would give. Keadaan bas yang sangat uzur. Seat tempat duduk tak boleh adjust. Tempat duduk tercabut. Bawah seat penuh dengan makanan. Tulis boarding pukul 11.45, tapi bas bergerak pukul 12.05 sebab driver dia pergi minum air dulu dekat kedai makan. Aircond sangat panas sampai berpeluh. Bunyi bas sangat bising. Not recommended.
