Driver baik dan peramah. Walaupun bas lewat tiba akibat trafik tetapi masih boleh tiba ke destinasi tepat pada waktu. Bas 'direct' ke destinasi. Tiada singgah menyinggah mengambil penumpang di tempat lain.

The bus was not in good condition, yet it was still used to pick up passengers. Although the first driver was polite, he did not communicate what was happening with the bus. We ended up waiting for one and a half hours without any proper explanation. Eventually, we had to switch buses, and the second driver was very unprofessional and lacked basic manners. To make matters worse, passengers were dropped off outside the bus station on a rainy day. Even though the rain had stopped, the ground was still wet and inconvenient. Overall, it was a very frustrating and poorly managed experience.
