ingin memaklumkan bahawa tali pinggang keledar di tempat duduk saya tidak dapat digunakan. Ini bukan kali pertama berlaku, malah sudah dua kali saya mengalami masalah yang sama pada tempat duduk tersebut. Keadaan ini sangat membimbangkan kerana melibatkan aspek keselamatan penumpang. Tali pinggang keledar merupakan peralatan keselamatan asas yang sepatutnya sentiasa berada dalam keadaan baik dan boleh digunakan. Saya berharap pihak syarikat dapat memeriksa serta membaiki kerosakan ini dengan segera bagi mengelakkan risiko kepada penumpang pada masa hadapan. Saya juga kecewa dengan kelewatan tanpa notis, isu berkaitan dokumen pemandu yang dikatakan telah tamat tempoh, kekeliruan tempat duduk, serta kegagalan pemandu membantu penumpang mencari tempat duduk masing-masing sebelum perjalanan dimulakan. Kesemua perkara ini telah menyebabkan pengalaman perjalanan yang sangat tidak memuaskan dan menimbulkan kebimbangan terhadap aspek keselamatan serta pengurusan perkhidmatan bas.
