The bus was comfortable but basic so there wasn't any charging ports. The biggest issue was traffic where there was construction near Skudai but this isn't really a bus operator issue.

The driver’s behavior was unacceptable — physically pushing passengers aside to force backpacks into the luggage area was wrong. On top of that, overtaking a car on the bend of a single‑lane on‑ramp was reckless and unsafe. While food restrictions are understandable, such conduct raises serious concerns. I would strongly caution others to rethink booking with Yellow Star if this is the standard of driver behaviour.

Bus was breakdown due to tyre punch out. Luckly semua okay, the driver bus took fast move to exit at the R&R. Just waited less then 10min, the replacement bus is ready to continue our journey! Good Job!!
