We bought one way ticket KL-SGP 21st Mar 2026 by Five Star Express. From your ticketing website, it is stated departing Berjaya Times Square 10:30am, arriving Singapore Grantral Mall at 15:42pm. This is about 5 hours. But it took almost 8.5hours, reaching Grantal Mall around 6:50pm. There was no jam along NS Highway nor crossing into Singapore. The delay of almost 3.5 hours was due to long lunch (40min) at Yong Peng and multiple stops (not disclosed in your ticketing information) such as Larkin in JB. We are very disappointed by your scheduling and lack of information. We travelled on Causeway Link Express and StarMart before and did not have this issue.

less than an hour before departure, while having my lunch nearby, fhe bus company called that the bus broke down. transfer me to the 7pm bus instead. i had to scramble for a place to sit for the next 4 hours. spending a lot on coffee & snacks at a cafe to wait. reached home close to midnight and super tired

Very bad experience with Five Star bus company. Change bus 2 times and passanger carry the heavy luggage move to another bus 2 times and also make a lot of stop. Especially at Yong Peng stop. Stop almost one and haft hours. Waste all passengers times. Few passengers was complaining to thier family about this experience on phone call say cannot reach on time. Worst driver. I don’t understand why we pay money for it but need us to make them easy and happy.

Very good that the agents were able to work out a way to save money instead of driving the long way by bus for only a few people. The bus picked up some people in Singapore, adding to the few we already had on board at the first stop. There were only 2 people going to Kluang. They had the bus drop us off at Ayer Hitam, where a car was waiting for us. The young man picked us up immediately and we headed into Kluang. Better use of the bus driver's time, the bus and money.
