Tp boleh tak tulis masa tu betul supaya org nk beli tiket akan aware benda tu.. sbb kdg ptg tu org ad hal sbb tu beli tiket tu sbb masa smpai 1145am.. lpstu berhenti mkn, xleh ke gerak terus bila penumpang dh siap mkn dh siap ke tandas, driver pom dh siap makan semua.. mngkin lbh awl smpai

Ok je, lambat skit 20min. Berhenti rehat , ada tandas awam masih buka, kedai makan ada. Expect sampai lambat dari masa dalam tiket. Overall ok

Perjalanan dengan Bas Teraju Express kali ini agak mengecewakan. Ruang tempat duduk tidaklah sesempit bas MyXpress, namun tidak juga terlalu luas umpama pancaran matahari., sekadar sederhana dan masih selesa untuk perjalanan jauh. Malangnya, bas yang dijadualkan bertolak pada pukul 9.30 malam di tbs hanya tiba sekitar 10.15 malam. Selain itu, pemandu juga tidak mengikut nombor tempat duduk yang telah ditempah penumpang. Saya telah membeli tempat duduk di bahagian paling belakang, tetapi sebuah keluarga Rohingya telah duduk di tempat saya. Pemandu tidak meminta mereka berpindah ke tempat duduk yang sepatutnya, sebaliknya terus menyuruh saya duduk di tempat lain yang dibeli keluarga tersebut tanpa meminta persetujuan saya. Saya memilih tempat duduk tertentu atas sebab keselesaan, jadi tindakan menukar tempat duduk sesuka hati adalah tidak wajar. Jika perkara seperti ini berulang, saya akan mempertimbangkan untuk berkongsi pengalaman ini secara terbuka.
