- Seriously delay 90 minutes while waiting at TBS departure! - Also went to Klang for 2 stop and pickup extra passenger. This apps didn't mention at all!! - Due to whole travel time was delayed. Cause reach boarder checkpoint already super crowed and long queue!!! - Total travel time reach Hatyai have wasted my 13 hours!!!!

The bus comfort, the driver not. Speak unfriendly, not polite. Many ask to stop and he said cannot while can say the reason and sorry. The time very worst booking ticket time 8.30 PM , bus arrive 23.00. Would not repeat except no choices for the particular time.

We departed at noon on Sunday, but due to heavy traffic, we didn't arrive at KL Sentral until 11:45 PM—well past the scheduled arrival time of 8:30 PM. The two drivers were reasonably friendly, and the bus provided water and blankets. I was charged a 10-baht ticketing fee when checking in at the bus office in Hat Yai.
