The driver's behavior was unacceptable and extremely disruptive. He showed no respect for the passengers, talking loudly on his mobile phone while they were sleeping, and he didn't stop halfway so passengers could use the restroom or get something to eat.Secondly, the bus lacks charging ports. If someone's phone is dead, how will they communicate? There are no charging ports on the seats. We ask for your understanding regarding the comfort and safety of the passengers.
