Sampai tbs pemandu suruh turun bas,naik bas yg kat depan.Katanya basnya nk ke putrajaya.Bas depan nk ke shah alam.Satu je sy nk ckp,itu keselamatan sy terancam,sbrg kemungkinan blh berlaku.Sy spatutnya naik dan sampai dgn slmt dengan bas yg sy beli tiket shj.Kena htr kursus utk pemandu bas berkursus,cara2 untuk jwb pertanyaan penumpang.Mmg teruk sgt.
