Golden Coach

The bus was clean, comfortable, air conditioning was good, stops was good, one driver behavior was good but another driver (the thinner driver) behavior was not professional (stalking my personal) , as the Golden Coach bus stopped at JB checking point for immigration , some of my money drpopped on road as I taking out my luggage bag, instead of just ignoring or just saying "sir, you dropped of your money on the road", that thinner bus driver told in front of everyone around that "this guy is rich, has a lot of money" which made me very Uncomfortable and felt like that Golden Coach bus driver stalking me.

Its delayed one hour

Booked for the 720pm bus from Holiday Inn Atrium to Melaka. I arrived at the office 15 minutes before the actual departure time. Upon checking with the counter staff, she said our bus had not arrived yet and asked 5 of us to wait at their office. 10 minutes later we felt weird as 7.30pm bus had also arrived. One of us went to check again with the counter staff and insisted her to check again now. Then the counter told us the bus had left. Apparently the driver never verified the number of passengers in the bus before he left the station. Wasted more than 2 hours to chase the bus at checkpoint because the driver said he did not recognise the road and refused to pull over somewhere near Clementi Bus stop. Yeah. No more next time for me.

Very irresponsible. We was told that TBS is not part of the stop and the staff reluctant to send us even our ticketz are TBS. Please avoid this bus

We had a really positive experience with this bus company. During our trip, we accidentally boarded the wrong bus and ended up heading toward a different destination. It was a stressful situation at first, but the staff handled it with exceptional care and professionalism. Instead of leaving us to figure things out on our own, they took responsibility for the situation and arranged a Grab ride for us so we could still reach our correct drop-off point safely and conveniently. That level of customer service truly stood out. We’re very grateful for how they went above and beyond to help us. Mistakes can happen when traveling, but it’s how a company responds that really matters and in our case, they exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

Depart on time, arrive 1hr early, but at rest stop driver asked to change another bus because no other passenger going TBS. The bus goes up to Seremban, Ipoh
