tidak layak diberi bintang...sehingga 1.30am bas tidak kelihatan di terminal. pegawai bertugas di terminal pun tidak pasti akan keberadaan bas ayu ekspress...disebabkan tidak ada lagi perkhidmatan bas ke Kuala Terengganu, beliau menumpangkan saya dgn bas syarikat lain yg kebetulan ada seat kosong....terlalu kecewa dgn perkhidmatan bas ayu ekspress

I dah beli seat single, tapi driver dah bagi orang lain duduk. Pastu bila i tanya no seat i, dia cakap dalam bus tu xde no seat and sedikit kurang ajar ye driver bas tu cakap. Bila i berkeras nak duk seat single, dia boleh cakap ambil seat driver pun xpe, seat driver pun single.macam tu nak assist org? Dengan sound macam tu, pastu bagi je penumpang lain duk seat i, and marah i nak duk seat yg dah booking. Memang 1st and last dah i naik bus ni.
