Shouldn't have stated that the bus stops at BTS if passengers need to transfer to another bus. It would be better to mention this beforehand. The same applies to pickups at BTS.

The 20 mins break was at Plaza Tol Bukit Gambir. No food stalls. Only one push cart. It should be either at Yong Peng, Pagoh or any designated R&R.

I booked seat no.13 and paid, refer my itenary for this trip. The staff at Berjaya Times square wrote seat no.16 on the physical seat instead. Upon questioning the staff they said it’s still a single seat. When boarding the bus there is another person seated there with the same seat no. assigned. Why Starmart always replace the seating that booked online and assign us with a false duplicate seatinf?
