The Immigration offices in Langkawi are located at Kuah Jetty and Telaga Harbour International Terminal.

• To avoid delays, arrive at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The check-in counters at Kuah Jetty close 45 minutes before departure. 

• Carry necessary travel documents like a valid passport and required visas.

• International travellers should carry a passport with at least 6 months of validity and a return or One-Way ticket. You need to submit your passport at the terminal before boarding the ferry, which will be returned later after dropping it off in Koh Lipe.
