As a first‑time customer, I booked a ferry ride from Tanah Merah to Sri Bintan Pura (Tanjung Pinang) on 25/09/2026 at 11:30 am. I was impressed by the spotless condition of the ferry it looked brand new, with a better seat layout, brighter lighting, and more windows allowing natural sunlight. The air‑conditioning worked well, though it felt too cold for some elderly passengers who had to wear jackets. The trip was smooth and I reached my destination without any issues.Overall, I highly recommend Majestic Ferry for trips to Tanjung Pinang. While some people may face minor timing issues, for me it was just a small hiccup. Thank you, Majestic Ferry, for making me switch from Sindo permanently after just one trip.

The boat was great and the staff were excellent. However, the dock in Indonesia was not well managed, as there was a lack of clear signage or directions. The dock staff allowed us to move to a different departure time for a fee, but the RedBus app did not provide this option. Since there were many empty seats, the change was possible, but the process was confusing.

Majestic Fast Ferry gave my family and me a truly fantastic first experience. From smooth boarding to attentive travel assistance and reliable safety measures, everything felt seamless. The cabin was spacious and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the cool indoor air conditioning—so much better than the smaller, stuffier ferries we’ve tried before. On top of that, complimentary drinking water was provided, which was a thoughtful touch. We look forward to traveling with them again in the future!

Ferry service was acceptable, but there were several unexpected additional costs for two passengers. The fare was shown as $76 each, yet the total payment reached $164, which felt misleading. When collecting the tickets, we had to pay another $12 for a surcharge, and upon arrival in Batam, there was an extra $10 fee without clear explanation. In reality, each passenger ended up paying $93 for a 3D2N ferry trip to Batam.

Excellent... very clean ferry, organized company and helpful staff. Seamen will help load your cabin luggages so you can go inside safe and comfortable. I would recommend and will use Majestic in the future trips to Batam.
