Yes, it is mandatory to take a printout of the ticket. You are also required to carry the ID proof that was provided at the time of booking.
I've lost my ticket. What should I do now?
A copy of the ticket would have been sent to you by e-mail. Please carry a print out of the ticket at the time of boarding the bus. If you have not received the ticket e-mail please contact our support center.
I didn’t receive my mTicket. Can you re-send it?
If you remember your ticket number you can generate your eTicket online. Click on the print/SMS ticket ticket link on the home page, and enter your ticket number to either take a print out or get your ticket on email. If you do not remember your ticket number, please contact our customer care for assistance.
Does the owner of the credit card with which the ticket is purchased need to be one of the passengers?
Not at all! A passenger can use any card to pay for the ticket, not necessarily their own. However, please note that the passenger in whose name the ticket is booked should carry a proof of his/her identity (along with the ticket) at the time of boarding the bus.

Can I cancel my ticket online?
Cancellations and refunds are not allowed.

In most cases tickets once confirmed cannot be rescheduled. You can still contact us via our help section and based on bus operator's policy we can help you request for a change
I missed the bus. Do I get a refund?
redBus provides 100% refund if the bus service is cancelled by the coach company. In other cases, no refunds are provided.
Do I need a Visa to visit Malaysia?
Singaporeans, Thailand and Malaysians do not need visas. However visa requirements do apply to many other nationalities. It is very important to check if visas are required for your journey because you may be refused the entry without a visa and we are not held responsibility for that consequence. Do I need to unload the luggage at the customs? If yes, at which customs do I need to unload?
You must unload your luggage at the Custom for scanning in the country you are entering. Eg. In case you are travelling from Singapore to Malaysia then customs check will happen in Malaysia and vice versa. The coach driver will instruct you during journey.
How do I check in my luggage? What is the allowed Luggage size?
You may put your luggage at the luggage compartment below the coach or above your seat. Maximum of 20kg (60cm x 20cm x 55cm). It is your responsibility to ensure that your luggage is loaded onto the coach that you are boarding.
How do I get to know if there is any delay or changes on the trip?
