Boarded and left on time. No issues at all. Clean, modern bus with large, comfortable reclining chairs that enabled me to sleep easily and I am not usually able to sleep so that was very appreciated . In Hat Yai I needed to buy a Thai sim card and the staff at the Hat Yai Drop-off Office spoke English and were very helpful.
