I paid for a window seat, but when I got to my seat, someone else was already sitting there. The driver told me it was first come, first served. If that’s the case, what’s the point of choosing a seat during booking? To make things worse, he acted like I was the one causing the problem.

So bad services, my trip at 5pm but the bus reached at 8pm…

we booked to go to civic centre at Woodlands so that we had easy access to the MRT. The driver told us we were at the Woodlands stop, however, we were not at the stop we had booked, we were at the checkpoint. This was a long way from the MRT by foot. As visitors, we didn't know where we should get off. It was very confusing. Because the driver told us we were at our destination we left the bus and then discovered we were not at the correct destination. We had to get a taxi to our destination. Perhaps the drivers could be more aware of the stops that the passenger has booked.
