Tourists visiting Marine Parks Malaysia are required to pay a nominal conservation charge, as stipulated by the Fees Act 1951 and the Fees (Marine Parks Malaysia) Order 2017. The revenue collected from the charge is allocated to the Marine Parks and Marine Reserves Trust Fund to manage and maintain the parks, as well as to provide facilities and amenities for visitors.
