one of the staff (old chinese) so rude and disrespectful towards customers. Overload cargo (vegetables and fruits) fulfill the seats of the bus. The vegetables not pack appropriately makes the smells of those vegetables produce uncomfortable smells which makes the journey become uncomfortable.
