bus delay almost satu jam, and tak ada any info. nasib baik tergerak hati tanya staff sendiri, kalau tak mungkin dah kena tinggal lepas kena sidai lama macam tu.

The Indian driver was very punctual, he arrived at TBS even before our departure time which is 15mins early, and departed exactly at 10:01AM. He also remind us the rule, and to tell him if any of us need to stop for toilet emergency, always head counted in case if there were any missing passengers, and updated us the ETA.

The bus got delayed for 2 hours & I supposed to be in the double decker bus as per the ticket that I purchased but instead the one arrived was the normal bus. So dissapointed

Bus late for 2 hours. No explanation no apology. When I asked to stop for toilet break driver was not happy. Finally he stopped after 1 hour but grumpy.
