Immersify Kuala Lumpur stands as Malaysia’s first permanent, multi-dimensional media art gallery — and it’s back, better than ever. After its grand reopening on 1 December 2025, the attraction now welcomes visitors daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, making it an easy add-on to any KL itinerary. Spread across a massive 30,000 ft², Immersify KL brings you into a series of whimsical, otherworldly environments powered by spatial 3D-surround sound, state-of-the-art visual projections, interactive walls, and larger-than-life installations. It is designed to blur the line between art and technology, giving you a fully immersive experience where every corner shifts, glows, and responds to your presence. Located at The Labs, Bukit Bintang City Centre, this digital playground sits right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, making it perfect for families, content creators, and anyone looking to explore something a little different in the city.

How to Reach Immersify KL

Light Rail Transit (LRT)

Get off at Hang Tuah LRT Station. From there, you can either walk through Lalaport to reach Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC) or exit via the escalator to reach the BBCC entrance. Once inside, take the escalator or elevator down to reach the Immersify KL entrance.

KL Monorail Line

Take the monorail to Hang Tuah Monorail Station, then either walk indoors through Lalaport or exit outside to reach the BBCC building. From there, you can enter Immersify KL.

Entry Process

Proceed to the counter queue and show your redBus M-Ticket to the staff. They will scan the QR code and guide you into the entrance.

Glowing Garden

Step into Glowing Garden, a mesmerising interactive space where koi fish and vibrant flowers glide beneath your feet, moving with every step you take. Touch the walls and watch the plants and flower buds bloom, creating a magical, ever-changing environment that responds to your presence.

Moonlight Memories

Capture magical moments with your loved ones in Moonlight Memories, where Malaysia’s hidden wildlife and landscapes come alive through the illuminating circular screen. Keep the memories with your loved ones as the immersive visuals—featuring the sun, wings, and more—create the perfect backdrop for photos and unforgettable memories.

Mystic Falls

Enter the Mystic Falls, where a majestic cascade flows seamlessly across the walls and even beneath your feet. As you move through the space, a graceful creature emerges to greet you, revealing its striking beauty in this serene, immersive environment.

Starlight Garden

Step into Starlight Garden, an endless starlit realm filled with twinkling lights and shifting, shimmering hues. This kaleidoscopic space features rows of colourful lamps that change their glow every second, creating a dreamy atmosphere that transforms the way you experience light.

Turning Moment

In Turning Moment, you’ll enter a three-dimensional spatial sanctum where light animates shifting shapes and patterns, turning abstract matter into a living visual performance. This zone highlights the boundless potential of media art and transports you into an otherworldly experience. Please note that the flickering lights and intense visuals in this room may be triggering or uncomfortable for some individuals.

Illusion Road 

Illusion Road is a triangular-shaped room that presents sweeping panoramas and vivid, floating visuals that ripple like waves. The immersive projections create a surreal pathway, making you feel as if you’re walking through a world suspended between reality and illusion. 

Neon Jungle

Step into Neon Jungle, where Malaysia’s lush rainforests come alive in vibrant, glowing colors. Tigers shimmer with multi-colored hues, while monkeys pop in bright neon yellow and green, creating a strikingly fantastical jungle experience.

Canvas Jungle

In Canvas Jungle, you get to bring your own creations to life. Colour your favourite animal from the collection of outlined creatures, then watch them instantly appear and roam within the virtual jungle, turning your artwork into part of the immersive world.

Canvas Ocean

Canvas Ocean uses the same creative concept as Canvas Jungle, but this time, you’ll be bringing vibrant marine life to life. Colour your chosen sea creature and watch it swim into the digital ocean. It’s a fun, hands-on activity to enjoy with friends, kids, or even your partner.

Prism Shine

In Prism Shine, you’ll be surrounded by a Malaysian-inspired tapestry of colours and intricate patterns, where familiar local silhouettes come alive through the interplay of light and dark. It’s a visually rich space designed for quiet admiration and reflection.

Surreal World

Surreal World surrounds you with glowing projections from snow-covered pine forests to an enchanting ocean realm filled with stingrays, whales, and other underwater creatures drifting across the walls and beneath your feet. You may find yourself lingering here just to take it all in.

Art Gallery

The Art Gallery is a spacious, fantastical zone where you can relax on benches and immerse yourself in the masterpieces of Klimt, Monet, and Van Gogh. Here, the artworks come alive, expressing their beauty through dynamic lighting, sound, and emotion for a truly unique art experience.

MM Cafe

After the last zone, stop by MM Cafe to unwind with refreshing drinks and snacks. You can also browse and pick up unique souvenirs, featuring local crafts and creations from talented small artists—perfect mementoes to remember your Immersify KL adventure.

Things to Note while Visiting Immersify KL

• Do not touch or shake structures in zones such as Starlight Garden and Prism Shine to prevent damage or injury.

• Some zones, such as Turning Moment, feature flickering lights and intense visuals that may be triggering or uncomfortable for some individuals.

• Restrooms are available outside the gallery if needed.

• Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Photos and videos are allowed, but avoid using flash in zones where it may interfere with projections.
