Golden Coach Port Dickson

Maraliner said there plug point in the bus but there is none.

First issue, I booked ticket for myself and my 4 yr old son together 2 seats but they asked to sit both of us for single seat. They doesn’t even understand how 4 year kid sit and travel alone for 5 hrs. Also for airport they arrange taxi in-between.

Great experience

It was my first time traveling from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. One of the bus drivers scolded me because my arrival card was filled in incorrectly, so I had to redo it at immigration. I also did not know that I needed to bring my luggage into the immigration office, which led to further scolding when I re-entered the bus. To make matters worse, I was dropped off at the wrong airport terminal (Terminal 1 instead of Terminal 2). The driver insisted that this was my designated drop-off point, so I had no choice but to get off with my belongings. At the airport, I was then charged 200 RM for a taxi to Terminal 2, which was very costly and left me with almost no money left in my account. Overall, this was a very bad experience for me.

Send to wrong location and give us a very bad condition bus more than 10 hours still havent reach KL and keep on going circles

Good trip and enjoyable

The bus was clean, comfortable, air conditioning was good, stops was good, one driver behavior was good but another driver (the thinner driver) behavior was not professional (stalking my personal) , as the Golden Coach bus stopped at JB checking point for immigration , some of my money drpopped on road as I taking out my luggage bag, instead of just ignoring or just saying "sir, you dropped of your money on the road", that thinner bus driver told in front of everyone around that "this guy is rich, has a lot of money" which made me very Uncomfortable and felt like that Golden Coach bus driver stalking me.

I hope this QISTNA EXPRESS WILL BE BANNED FROM TAKING PASSENGERS !!
