Depending on the specific Ferry operator and Terminal, the ticket price might exclude terminal fees, seaport taxes, or international passenger departure fees. These must be paid in cash or via card directly at the ferry terminal before departure.
If you miss your ferry, the ticket will be considered a no-show and is generally non-refundable. You will need to book a new ticket for your journey. To avoid missing your ferry, arrive at the terminal at least 1 hour before departure for domestic travel and 2 hours before departure for international travel.
