I believe taking photos or videos it's not going to make any difference the most important thing is the driver is respectful he knows what he's doing and safe driving is the most important and vehicle the vehicle engine tires all must be and breaks must be in very good condition b

I left my tablet on my seat after arriving at my destination. 2 days later the tablet was retrieved at Super Nice office in Boon Lay. Thanks to the HONEST DRIVER

Communication was extremely poor throughout the trip. I could not locate the Super Nice bus in front of Estadia Hotel, and when I checked at Hatten Hotel, staff repeatedly directed me back to Estadia. After several calls to redBus, I received conflicting information. Initially, I was told the bus was delayed, then informed that the pickup point was actually at Hatten Square, and later advised of another delay while being given the operator's contact number. Eventually, around 3:15 PM, I was informed that the bus had already departed at 2:00 PM and was on the highway, leaving no solution for same-day travel. The lack of clear communication and the misinformation provided made for a very frustrating experience.
