I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of my recent trip. The seats were very dusty and the floors clearly hadn’t been cleaned since the previous journey. My late father always chose this bus as his preferred bus to JB from Klang so I have a lot of respect for the brand—but the current upkeep is falling short. I hope management takes steps to improve their hygiene standards
