Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) is the main bus terminal in Kuala Lumpur (KL) for long-distance express buses. It’s located about 10-15 km from the city center and is part of the integrated transport system at Bandar Tasik Selatan station (BTS). TBS connects various city train lines in the same complex, making it more than just a bus terminal. The terminal primarily serves travellers heading south to Johor Bahru, Melaka, Singapore, and Mersing destinations.

TBS Layout

TBS is a six-story building with:

  • First Floor: Bus terminals
  • Second Floor: Departure and arrival platforms
  • Third Floor: Passenger lobby, ticket counters, and shops
  • Fourth Floor: Restaurants and retail shops
  • Fifth and Sixth Floors: Parking areas

TBS is connected to Bandar Tasik Selatan station, giving travelers access to ERL, KTM, and LRT train services. This helps improve connectivity for those traveling around Kuala Lumpur.

A passenger arriving here at the TBS bus terminal can easily find a ride to other parts of Kuala Lumpur via any of these train lines. Though the city has other bus stations operational, TBS is the main center for interstate and intercity buses. There is no direct bus connection from TBS to other bus terminals in the city. You can rely on cabs, taxis, and trains for this purpose.
