Pekerja yang memeriksa tiket marah penumpang kerana membawa bagasi yang besar sedangkan ruang bas tersebut yang kecik dan tidak langsung membantu penumpang dan menunjukkan sikap yang tidak mesra berbanding seorang lagi pekerja yang menunjukkan sikap yang bagus (pemandu yang membawa bas sampai betul2 di stesen batu pahat)
