- beli tiket bas Jadam tapi, tak sama langsung - bas tiada no seat - seat random, kena duduk double seat walaupun beli single seat - delay 30 minit sebab perayaan, sokayh - slow, dari butterworth -> tbs ambil masa anggaran 5 jam 32 minit - driver seperti tidak tahu masa jalan ke tbs dari duta, bukalah awal lagi waze takdelah buang masa nyaris terlepas train

I waited till more than 2 hours and the bus left already. I am deaf and could not hear any announcement. I even ask the person in charge and he said pls wait. I waited and waited hoping to identify the bus with jadam logo but in end i dont see. I had to pay extra to book ofher bus.
